Check out any of his books as recommended! Love the chapter on differentiation! Just released October, New York Times Bestseller. An excellent basic for those with trauma and therapists working with trauma. Any of those by Levine are exceptional. Great read.

You can trust these authors. She resists being seen as a guru that has it all together thank heavens… she talks about dark stuff in a believable way that brings trust and inspiration, not eye rolls. Audio voice is hard to get used to at first but the content is fantastic — calls you on your stuff and helps you know what to do about it. Mindfulness, for everyone.
